About Synchronizing Google Calender and RTM

I added new calender from Google calender account by using the URL of iCalender(event).
I could see tasks in my google calender, but after updating some of new tasks on RTM, it doesn't show up on Google Calender at all for hours.
It seems to take 7~8 hours for the google calender to catch up with RTM update.

How can I fix this time lag?
I'm not a professional ver user, is this a problem?

You may want to review this thread which discusses the issue in a bit more detail.

As suggested in that thread, would you be able to try a different calendar application to see if the problem persists? So far this appears to be a problem only with Google Calendar.

Please let me know what you find.
