Badge Widget for Today or This week's task

shopinvoices Pro says:

At present, the Badge widget is only for specific list, tag or location, etc....

Could we not have a badge for showing "total count" of due tasks for today or this week only... Or It may be better if one can specify the number of days that one would like to include.

While we don't currently offer a widget to display the count of tasks due today, you could create one by using a Smart List. For example, try searching for:

due:today

After saving this as a Smart List, you could create a badge widget that displays the task count for this list.

I do that. I have "today", "tomorrow" and "week ahead (excluding today) lists and have badges for all of them on a home screen. This is more useful to me, as my smart list doesn't only show tasks marked at due today, but also any overdue ones.
